Always pleased with my care. Good service. Lovely ladies that look after me and meet all my needs. They keep me extremely clean and make sure I eat and drink properly. They always report to the office if I’m not well or to my friend. The ladies are always happy and I’m always pleased to see them.

The ladies are there every day without fail and show my mum such kindness and warmth and Mum has built a bond with the ladies, which means that as a family we can rest easy knowing Mum is in great hands and cared for when we are not around. I have been very pleased with the professional service from PATS care, the carer has gone over and beyond to look after and care for Mum, and I can rely on them to provide quality care that supports Mum's limited ability. The advice from staff has been second to none, they are always readily available to answer questions or prompt to return calls. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.
The carers from Pat's Care are very kind, cheerful and well trained. My mum's carers come from the same team so the family get to know them and equally the carers get to know the client and her family. There is continuity of care which is so important. I really value that. The carers can spot when things are not right with my mum and point it out to me.
If there is a criticism, it would be that one or two carers sometimes talk over my mum in private conversations. Pat's Care is flexible and will provide carers to suit the family's needs. This is very helpful and supportive for the family. A year ago, the carers also helped my father on 2 separate occasions: when he fell and when he was choking on his tablets going down the wrong way. He is not officially a client but nonetheless, they recognised an emergency and went out of their way to help.
Throughout the past two and a half years using Pats Care I have been so impressed by what they have done for my mum. The care that has been provided has always been great, but the carer who has been primarily looking after my mum for more than a year now is exceptional. We all feel very fortunate to have her as the care and professionalism that she brings to the job cannot be bettered. All the other carers we have met have been kind, caring and very professional. My contacts with the office have always been great, helpful and productive.
All our regular carers we are very helpful and perform duties well and also make an effort to build a genuine connection. Management are easy to contact and proactive in making sure the duties are catered to our needs.
